Virtual publishing workshop: Replication Research using Open Science & Registered Reports
Virtual publishing workshop: Replication Research using Open Science & Registered Reports
On September 22, 2021 JSCM will host a Virtual Publishing workshop.
This session has three overarching goals. The first is to discuss why supply chain researchers need to do more replication research as well as why there are currently no incentives to do such research. The second is to introduce registered reports as a means to change the incentive structure to encourage replication research. Finally, we will discuss JSCM’s plans to begin considering replication studies for publication using the registered report process, rather than the conventional review process.
When: September 22, 2021, at 4.30 PM Central European Time / 10.30 AM Eastern
Presenters: Tom Gattiker,
Julia Hartmann,
Finn Wynstra,
Mark Pagell
Discussants: Beth Davis-Sramek - Journal of Business Logistics;
