JSCM has been a promoting developmental reviewing for well over a decade; long before many of our peers recognized the value of such reviews. However, we know that the profession generally does not do a good job either training people to review or recognizing when reviewing is done well. Hence we regularly do reviewer workshops and have put together a collection of resources to help all reviewers develop their skills.
